Samuel P. Mauch is a partner at Saretsky Hart Michaels & Gould PC.
Sam’s practice focuses on representing securities broker-dealers and registered representatives in Financial Industry Regulatory Authority arbitrations and state and federal courts in matters involving employment disputes and sales practice violations. Additionally, Sam represents clients in compliance related matters before various governmental entities and self-regulatory organizations. Over the course of his career, he has successfully handled hundreds of matters in various jurisdictions. Between 2013-2015, Sam has been selected as a “Rising Star” in Securities Litigation by Michigan Super Lawyers magazine, an honor bestowed upon only 2.5% of eligible practicing attorneys.
Sam, who is known for his unique and infectious laugh, hails from Dallas, Texas by way of Alpena, Michigan. Sam graduated Magna Cum Laude from Michigan State University College of Law in East Lansing, Michigan in 2005 and from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government in 2001. Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with his family, sports, the great outdoors and Texas barbeque (wet and dry rubs).
Sam is a member of the Michigan Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.
